夕方、スーパーに買い物にいきました。
最近、ピリッと唐辛子が効いたコンニャクの煮物に凝ってるんだ。
暑いときは、ちょっと辛さのある食べ物が食欲をそそるよね。しかもコンニャクだからヘルシー。
